PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES

 

1. General information

Niniejsza polityka dotyczy Hurtowni internetowej, funkcjonującej pod adresem url: www.emo-online.pl. Operatorem serwisu oraz Administratorem danych osobowych jest: Adam Skrzyński, ul. Słoneczna 5, Brzeziny 95-060. Adres kontaktowy poczty elektronicznej operatora: ad.skrzynski@gmail.com Operator jest Administratorem Twoich danych osobowych w odniesieniu do danych podanych dobrowolnie w Serwisie.

The Service uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Keeping a newsletter
  • Running a comment system
  • Handling queries through the form
  • Preparation, packaging, shipment of goods
  • Implementation of ordered services
  • Presentation of an offer or information
  • The service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
  • By voluntarily entered in the forms data that is entered into the Operator’s systems.
  • By storing cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”. “cookies”).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  • The location of the login and the entry of personal data is protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • User passwords are stored as hashed. The hash function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is now a modern standard for storing user passwords.

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients, if this is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the Administrator. This applies to such audiences:

  • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
  • Couriers
  • Insurers
  • Banks
  • payment operators
  • comment system operators
  • authorised employees and colleagues who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website’s
  • companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
  • Your personal data processed by the Administrator no longer than is necessary for the performance of related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Administrator:

  • access to your personal data regarding,
  • their rectification,
  • Remove
  • restrictions on processing,
  • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in paragraph 3.3 c) against the processing of personal data in order to perform legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, the right to objection may not be enforced in the event of valid legitimate grounds for processing interests, rights and freedoms overriding you, in particular the determination, exercise or defence of claims. Personal data is transferred from third countries within the meaning of the data protection law. This means that we are sending them outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  • The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  • The service can save connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  • The Service may, in some cases, store information to help you link the data in the form to the email address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
  • The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to process a service request or commercial contact, to register services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicates what it is for.

Information about users’ behavior on the site may be logged in. This data is used to administer the service.

7. Relevant marketing techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google display network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies by using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing techniques to match the advertising messages to the user’s behaviour, which may give an illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track it, but in practice there is no Transfer any personal data from the operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition of such activities is the cookie handling enabled.

The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) to know that the person registered in the Service is using the Service. It is based in this case on data for which he is the administrator himself, the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from himself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device.

The service uses cookies.   • achieve the objectives set out above in the “Relevant marketing techniques” section;
